I’m not always good at reading between the lines, but getting 2 random text messages from my friends today that I had to listen to this American Boy song, something told me I should listen to American Boy.

There is something about a song that makes me feel like busting out my Kelly Kapowski “white girl” KEDS and dancing like its 1988 all over again that sells me everytime. After hearing it once, I added it to my iPOD. I was surprised I like it because I’m not feeling her song Wait a Minute at all. Now I can’t wait to hear more from her. With production by Will.I. Am and Kanye West and John Legend behind her, I’m hoping she comes with it.
