I’m always pushing products and telling people what books they have to read, music they need to hear, movies to watch, and have come to realize…I’m not getting paid for this lol. Either way, I will not be selfish and post everything I think you must know about.
This is going to be the next book I read after I finish up “The Secret Life of Bees“.

This is hella long but a worthy read. The first step to a life free of drama and filled with positive and motivating people is to let go of those that don’t deserve a spot in your front row. I know from personal experience that there are certain people, even family, that are just not positive influences on your well being and in your life. Sometimes you just need to allow those people to grow and eventually allow them a front row seat back into your life.

Life is like a theater, so invite your audiences carefully. Not everyone is holy enough and healthy enough to have a FRONT ROW seat in our lives. There are some people in your life that need to be loved from a distance. It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you let go, or at least minimize your time with draining, negative, incompatible, not-going-anywhere relationships, friendships, fellowships, and even family!!!
Observe the relationships around you. Pay attention to:
Which ones lift and which ones lean?
Which ones encourage and which ones discourage?
Which ones are on a path of growth uphill and which ones are just going downhill or just standing still???
When you leave certain people, do you feel better or feel worse?
Which ones always have drama or don’t really understand, know, and appreciate you and the gift that lies within you?
The more you seek God and the things of God, the more you seek quality, the more you seek not just the hand of God but the face of God, the more you seek things that are honorable, the more you seek growth, peace of mind, love and truth around you, the easier it will become for you to decide who gets to sit in the FRONT ROW and who should be moved to the BALCONY of your life.
You cannot change the people around you…but you can change the people you are around! Ask God for wisdom and discernment and choose wisely the people who sit in the FRONT ROW of your life.
Remember that FRONT ROW seats are for special and deserving people and those who sit in Your FRONT ROW should be chosen carefully.

I’m a huge…I mean huge Amy Winehouse fan, so I was tooooo happy to see that she is looking a lot better that she was a few weeks ago when she was channeling Christina Applegate circa Married With Children with the bleached hair….I personally think it accidentally happened when she was indulging in her favorite treat…
I’m hoping Amy pulls through…and I’m not talking about pulling a vile of cocaine through her beehive either(sounds crazy..but in Amy world it’s true and on youtube..smh)…I’m talking full recovery,tours, new albums, and a thorough explanation of what the HELL she was talking about in Take the Box. I’m not always good at reading between the lines, but getting 2 random text messages from my friends today that I had to listen to this American Boy song, something told me I should listen to American Boy.
There is something about a song that makes me feel like busting out my Kelly Kapowski “white girl” KEDS and dancing like its 1988 all over again that sells me everytime. After hearing it once, I added it to my iPOD. I was surprised I like it because I’m not feeling her song Wait a Minute at all. Now I can’t wait to hear more from her. With production by Will.I. Am and Kanye West and John Legend behind her, I’m hoping she comes with it.

A fashion icon stands the test of time, takes risks creates and perfects a signature look and influences others in doing so.
I’ll have to get back to you to answer who would be a fashion icon relevant right now…but I can say there are a lot of fashion forward entertainers that are killing it and always come with a new look that keeps you wanting more. I plan to feature women that to me stand out for their fashion sense and have potential to one day hold the title of a fashion icon, but in the mean time, want to feature women that one way or another have already left their mark.
Lets start with a woman that may not influence anyone except a drag queen in Las Vegas now…but at one point in time….was “That Chick”
